A smooth rich tasting butter made the way it was done during the time of our grandparents in Galicia. The heavy cream used in making this butter has been tempered for 48 hours. This extra step ensures the smooth texture of our butter. Additionally our butter is strictly barrel churned and its smoothness is further enhanced by our rolling out and folding the freshly churned butter so as to condition it and remove any excess moisture. During the rolling and folding process sea salt is added to further enhance the butter’s flavour.
