Our Crème Fraiche is made by separating beta carotene rich Jersey cow milk and then gently fermenting the resultant 40% cream liquid gold with a traditional French bacterial culture. Jersey milk is 20% higher in calcium and richer in micronutrients; minerals and vitamins. Jersey cows produce A2 protein milk which some find easier to digest. We do not homogenize our cream as several studies have claimed that non-homogenized milk does not contribute to arteriosclerosis. We bottle this exclusive line of products in recyclable glass to avoid the risk of endocrine disruptors leaching from bottles made of PET (plastic).
